Ruddy Strong creeping red fescue demonstrates high resistance to Dollar Spot, Red Thread and Leaf Spot. It has high levels of endophyte for resistance to surface feeding insects and improved stress tolerance. Ruddy Strong creeping red fescue is excellent for blending with other fine fescues, Kentucky Bluegrasses and perennial ryegrass. Ruddy Strong can also be used in mixed warm season/cool season turf blends blending with bermudagrass or buffalograss.
