Defiant XL reed canarygrass is a tall, coarse, vigorous, long-lived perennial. It is one of the earliest grasses to begin growth in the spring and produces large yields of nutritious forage. Defiant XL reed canarygrass can be used for pasture, hay or silage. Low alkaloid reed canarygrass offers potential for improved animal performance.
