Neil Douglas new EVP of SBU North America

Neil Douglas will join DLF as EVP of SBU North America, including La Crosse Seed.

La Crosse Seed is pleased to announce that on January 4, 2021 Neil Douglas will join DLF as EVP of SBU North America covering DLF Pickseed Canada, DLF Pickseed USA, DLF Moore Seed and La Crosse Seed.

Neil has since 2014 been Vice President of Agriculture within Univar Canada, responsible for all business activities across Canada. Prior to this, Neil has been in senior commercial roles within Pioneer, BASF, Advanta Seeds and Hoechst.

Neil comes with a very strong and successful track record in driving growth both organically and through acquisitions, optimizing commercial activities as well as developing organizations, leadership and culture.

Neil is currently based with his family in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In the course of the next year, he will permanently relocate with his family to southern Ontario.
